I bought a quinny buzz of Ebay (second hand) and it was a great little buggy then one day it started getting really wobbly and then the side part of it fell off and it was unusable.  I rang quinny buzz and they said to send it back to them (even though I had no receipt and it was over a year old and I had bought it second hand and off ebay).  It cost me about £20 postage (Parcelforce) to send back to them and they fixed it and returned it to me free of charge.  I was delighted and it was really good of them to do this so WELL DONE QUINNY BUZZ.   It was the 2005/6 model and now my daughter is using it for her little one
