Learned of this trader through eBay. Usually very good looking at their reviews I thought and so I ordered from their website. They took the money from my ACCOUNT but the item I ordered never arrived. After contacting them they eventually confirmed the item was out of stock but they took my money anyway. I asked for a refund and they sent a cheque which bounced. Bad enough but when I asked for a valid cheque they said they'd send it but it didn't arrive.

5 emails, 2 letters and several dozen phonecalls later still no refund. So I threatened legal action. They ignored this and still no refund. I hope when the bailiffs arrive they'll remember because unlike R2DToys I'm a man of my word - they'll get sued.

AVOID THIS EBAYER AT ALL COSTS. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME WILL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER AND NOT REFUND? CAN YOU TAKE THE CHANCE?
