at the beginning of june i sold a laptop for the grand total of £749.99  to ebay member  may_berner,  which the buyer paid for promptly using paypal.  i sent the item off a few days later and thought no more about it.  i then recieved a buyer complaint on paypal from this person saying that he knew no knowledge of the transaction, so i did as paypal asked and gave them all the shipping details for the item thinking that they would follow the details up and resolve the claim in my favour...  i was wrong!  they decided in his favour and refunded him his money back!  so now im left without a laptop... and with no money to show for it!!  THANK YOU PAYPAL!!!!   i wrote an email to the paypal appeal address explaining the whole situation and all i got was an automated email thanking me for my time writing to them!    useless!!!

sellers beware of  May_berner...   or someone called  ANTONY CHESTERTON.
