Why should you always look and check out a sellers feedback before you buy.  Simply because it will tell you everything you want to know and help you assess the risk.

Remember that eBay do not always react and ban after three negatives.   To illustrate this point, check out the feedback of the following by clicking on the name.  If it does not work try selecting ADVANCED SEARCH and then enter the names below as a search using FIND A MEMBER.

Stories so far sent to me consist of:
Many suggestions regarding members who should be listed in the Rogues Gallery, but this list is really about illustrating that extreme eBayers that continued to trade with what seemed like impunity, it was not intended to list current rogues as this would lead me into a difficult legal position.  However this is about visibility of the issues and illustrate that all is never what it seems.
 
Some of the stories I have received are quiet disturbing and include many threats of violence and psychological mind games, downright ignorance and disgusting behaviour.  Over and over the same scams are being perpetrated again and again, so be cautious with who we deal with and look at everything you can before parting with your hard earned money.
