Ebay should be ashamed of itself for allowing John Shaw to sell perfume on its site. The reason the buyer allows the feedback to be mutually withdrawn is because the seller will leave negative feedback, ruining the good feedback of the buyer. If Ebay did its job properly, they would intervene and remove the negative feedback from a buyer who was proven to pay for the goods they have not received or goods not as described, this would make people trust Ebay much more. One other point to buyers, good sellers usually leave positive feedback as soon as the payment is received because they know the item they selling is good and are confident in the buyer's positive feedback. The rogues out there know that how to manipulate the feedback, buyer beware, because Ebay do not police there service as they should.
