Just read a similar story to this but involved motorcycles. There was recently a 2003 BMW320D for sale as a classified ad. it was cheap but had a semi plausable story attached. The owner was working in Helsinki and had a right hand drive car from home to sell. The grammer and reluctance to divulge personal details plus the low price made me cautious & at this point had no intention to buy. However i exchanged e-mails to try & trip them up. They wanted me to pay via western unioin which incidentally state on thier web site 'DO NOT USE US TO SEND MONEY TO STRANGERS' the worrying thing is they actually sent me a forged E-invoice from ebay motors , i even had one from a man claiming to be the head of finance of ebay motors.
The point here is they are very sophisticated and do peservere to get your money. If a deals to good to be true then it isnt!
