I HAVE BEEN DOING E.BAY FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW AND LEARN SOMETHING DIFFERENT NEARLY EVERY DAY, ONE OF THE MOST VALUABLE LESSONS I HAVE LEARNED IS THE FEEDBACK FORUM. I USED TO LEAVE FEEDBACK STRAIGHT AWAY BUT ENDED UP REGRETTING THAT A FEW WEEKS AGO WHEN I WAS LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR AN ITEM I HAD SOLD WHICH HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT. I VALUE MYSELF AS A GOOD E.BAYER AND ALWAYS COMMUNICATE WITH ALL BUYERS AND SELLERS. WHICH IS THE BEST ADVISE I COULD GIVE ANY NEW STARTER TO E.BAY. IF PEOPLE COMMUNICATE ABOUT ITEMS SOLD OR BOUGHT WHEN PROBLEMS DO ARISE IT CAN BE SORTED AND NEGATIVE FEEDBACK CAN BE AVOIDED. I KEPT 100 PERCENT FEEDBACK PAST MY 50 SCORE AND NOW HAVE DROPPED TO 98 PERCENT WHICH I THINK AFFECTS PEOPLE WHEN BUYING FROM YOU. SO MY ADVICE TO NEW E.BAYERS IS COMMUNICATE AND NEVER LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU HAVE AT LEAST TRIED TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM FIRST.
