Having worked on Line 50 and Report Design Technical Support for sage for 4 1/2 years, be sure if buying sage software it has never been registered as the software does not belong to the owner, the software is licenced to the original purchaser, and this licence is not transferable.

Sage will require you to provide proof of purchase before any help will be given, and only then if it is a known issue with the program. Support can not be purchased  by an unregistered user. Also any version below v8 will not be supported as of this 2006 and support for v8 will cease next year(2007).

Assume each subsequent version will have support removed on a year by year basis
