I was done a dirty deal by a 'rogers'  =  BEWARE!!   He is also 'doing things' once he has your computer email.  Ever since I have had problems. Ndibilish"

I have just read this guide and one yesterday were the ebay buyer was basically suggesting that the protection offered by paypal was not particularly effective and he was out of pocket after three months aggravation and paypal had been no help with his dispute. Has anyone else found this a problem? As a new member of the ebay community I was very impressed with the feedback ratings and paypal systems. Now I have also been told that if a customer recieved a full refund then they have to retract the feedback. So basically I can do what I like so long as for the odd complaint I give back the money? This seems slightly odd but I need to research it and see if this is an urban legend or factual. Please let me know if you have had similar problems or can make any suggestions or click here to let everyone know we are concerned.
