I totally agree with the fact that there are loads of scammers from Nigeria and this for sure a disgraceful situation.

Not with standing, if you check all cases where these scammers make their way, its largely been around greedy sellers. For example, a buyer who quoted a broken notebook of almost 15years old online...received an offer from a scammer in Nigeria willing to pay 400£ for the item if the buyer agree to take it off ebay and send to Nigeria....(isn't this obvious...it can't be anything but a scam). You need not be told....

When operating on an e-marketplace with faceless buyers and sellers...it will definitely be weak on the part of sellers to agree shipment without confirming payment...this doesn't make any business sense.

There are more sincere Nigerians in diaspora and back in Africa than the scammers. So lets not fall for the weak and heartless Nigerians...who will definitely be dealt with as their days are getting numbered. There are sincere Nigerians who are not happy with the development and we won't drop our status for this...we'll join in fighting them.

A piece of advice...when u see anything related to Nigeria...becareful and do not accept to do anything outside the right proceedings. I believe they won't have their way if we all remain sincere in our dealings...and help wipe out the bad eggs out of Ebay by reporting suspected cases.

Good Nigerians will remain...and we'll do our bit to fish the bad eggs out.
