Hi! I am writing to warn fellow ebay members about soldsmart(uk).

I purchased a guitar from this ebay shop on the 22nd July. After 10 days i had not recieved my delivery.

I contacted the seller and got an dautomated response tellin gme to wait 48hrs .

I waited and got a response to say that they would follow up my order. After 14 days i still had not recieved my guitar. So i sent another email, after waiting another 48 hours, i had a response.

I was told that the guitar i had purchased was out of stock. HOW CAN THIS BE IF IT WAS PUT ON FOR AUCTION.

Totally dissapointed, and as a warning to ebay members, be careful when purchasing from this shop.

They have agreed to send me a full refund but i am still awaiting this too.
