Ebay don't appear to give a flying fig about this problem.

We get about 20 messages per day from China, and this makes it hard to find our genuine customers amongst all the ebay sponsered rubbish.

What little I have learned, I will do my best to help other sellers who are no doubt being spammed to high heaven just like we are.

When you check you ebay messages, look out for user ID's such as wersocj10239349 or 38748956956 for instance, they are not proper user names that have invloved any thought whatever.

You will soon learn to spot them, there will often be about 10 in a row.

Click on 1 or 2 just to check, then select them all and press the delete button.

Verification would sort this out and ebay could easily sort that out, but ebay is worried that it may loose out on fees from unscrupulous buyers and sellers.
