I'd like to post a word of warning to anyone thinking of bidding on one of these. As the name suggests,this is a high end collectable that retails at a minimum of £2100 and will almost certainly appreciate in value.

Unfortunately it seems to be an attractive item for scammers. I was very nearly fleeced myself when I was the high bidder for one, only to find that the seller was a con-artist who didn't even have one. If one appears on eBay with a ridiculously low (or no) starting price - beware!

If you decide to bid on one, pester the seller for details. Ask for the limited edition number and its provenance, or more photos, especially if the seller is registered as a business seller, has no feedback and no other items for sale. If you get no reply, proceed with great caution!
