Ever wondered what happened to the Minotaur from those old myths and legends ... well he left the maze a long time ago and now he is living in a trailer park and is known as "M" to his friends and work colleagues at a little place called "Grub's Rib" in North Carolina, where he is working as a line chef.

I spotted this book in the window of our local bookshop and bought it as the blurb sounding interesting - I am glad I did, it is one of those books that you find you cant put down.  Very down to earth and addicting in a soap serial sort of way!

If you enjoy stories about the everyday lives of restaurant folk (with a slight twist!) this one is definitely for you.
