if using glue for long term wear, always buy a good brand, thus ensuring good adhesion, it is false economy to buy cheaper brands as the nails always in my experience detach themselves in a short time.

give your own nails a breather occasionally, i always try to have one week in three nails free, thus giving me time to give them some tlc.

for occasional wear, nails tabs work great, and are very easily removed, thus giving a quick nail fix!
