Do people know what they are getting when they buy one of these? For a start the movement is mass produced. This means the workings of the watch is the same for all battery operated watches with variations in design to include things like the date. Any cheap Timex, Seconda or Casio will have the same type of movement as a Tag and will keep perfect time for a fraction of the cost.

So what do you get when you buy a Tag? You get a bit of polished steel that is similar to hundreds, if not thousands of steel watches currently available on the market with a movement that is no different to any other mass produced watch. Do you still think they are worth the silly prices they can sometimes fetch? Or will a nicely designed Timex or Seconda do the job just as well.
