I purchased a baby carrier from Tasko products.  It was suppose to be brnad new, but arrived with a large rip in the waist band.  I complained to task, but received no compensation.  Six months later they recalled the product stating how deadly its use was with babies and offered me a refund.  Fortunately, I never used it, but I sent it back and, althought they stated they would refund me, I received no such payment.  I paid eight ponds for it.  This company is a bunch of freudsters.
