Hello ebayers,

I have been on ebay for 4 months only I gave a negative feedback because someone did not pay and then felt guilty about it.

I have a 7 day payment policy so what i do now is send a reminder after 4 days if still no payment i send another one after 7 days. If i or ebay still get no response i know they are not going to pay So my policy is now to re-list the item leave a Neutral feedback and then block the buyer.I still can't understand why someone would bid or buy from the shop and not pay They must know if they don't answer myself or ebay they are likely to get a negative feedback. I must add i have sold over 500 items and have had only 6 that have not paid. Just remember before you give a negative feedback what goe's around comes around and also remember if someone gives you a negative feedback you can give a reply.Good Luck with your Selling and Buying.
