DVD + R or DVD + RW disk has good quality, being suitable for long-term preservation of data and video information. Another note: the burn rate and DVD-related hardware! For example, if you use IDE-USB or SATA-USB cable, the fasterst rate of burnning should be 8X even you use 20X DVD RW device.
