Bought a motorcycle off Joel St John (Juby44) who at the begining seemed quite genuine, how wrong can you be! When I applied for the log book for the bike I purchased of this guy the DVLA told me to contact the local police who informed me the bike was stolen. I have tried to contact him to sort it out but just got an e-mail saying he wasn't prepared to do anything.

I know he will write a note denying any wrongdoing and will say he bought and sold the bike in good faith, well I am placing this note on here so other people will at least be cautious when dealing with this person.

As a result of this transaction I have lost the cost of the bike plus all the money I have spent so far and the owner of the bike has the cost of getting his propery back.

Thanks a lot, I hope the police solve this case, in the meantime expect a letter from the court for compensation.
