Nigerian-style Tomtom's are on sale on Ebay - that is where the listing does not read the same as usual - it is a scam - especially the Tomtom's from the USA and Canada.
Their listing will state that the item is brand new and often they will add that you Buy One Get One Free.
Check that the Feedback is recent - check that the Feedback of the people who leave Feedback is not Feedback from Unregistered Ebayers (thse who have been chucked off) as they are probably bought Feedback or friends in the same scam.
IF YOU INSIST ON TAKING THE RISK THEN MAKE SURE YOU ONLY PAY WITH PAYPAL AS YOU CAN MAKE A CLAIM-BACK THROUGH PAYPAL WITH THE EBAY BACKING.
