Kitchen Handles / Knobs / Fixings
The E-bay Knob and Handle Shop
Things to note when viewing handle description.....
Handle length is the overall length of the handle from END to END.
Handle Height is the height the handle stands off of the desired surface.
Handle Width or Diameter (If round) is the width of the handle.
Hole Centres are the distance between the fixing holes where the screws/bolts fix through the back of the door and into the handle. Note.. In order to get the correct size handle for your cabinet doors, remove the old handle and measure roughly from the centre of one hole to the other. (This is not exact as 1mm either way is not usually a problem)
Single Hole Centre usually applies to knobs than handles, in the fact they only require a single screw/bolt to fix them to the desired surface.
Screw fixings are always supplied with my handles, they are technically M4 bolts, approx 45mm long, with notches along the shank, which allow for easy snipping or cutting. This is to accommodate different thickness of doors or other surfaces which they may be fastened to. (Some handles may be pre packed with several sets of screws of different lengths or One length..)
Hope this helps....
