While I was out at work one night my wife bought a "New Vivienne Westwood Silver Pink Crystal Skull Brooch" from an ebayer know as hona_momo . I have quite a lot of ebay experience but unfortunately my wife doesn't. When I got home and saw what she had bid on and won I realised it was fake. I do not approve of fake items and decided not to pay for the item. I received an email from ebay explaining that If I didn't pay for the item I would receive an unpaid strike. I emailed ebay explaining that the item was clearly fake and felt that an unpaid strike would be inappropriate. The only response from ebay  I  got was an unpaid strike. I appealed  and have had no response. The only thing I can assume is that ebay condone the sale of fake items. The seller is still selling fake items. When you look closely into the seller feedback you quickly realise that the seller has sold lots of 1p items to make himself look like he has good feedback. Be very careful with oversea sellers. If you do have problems there is no back up from ebay.
