Customer concern: Hi, I purchased £100.00 of asda vouchers from this seller danjackson57  for £72.07 on 14th august. He did not send the item so I opened an item not received dispute with paypal. Eventually the item was delivered but they were not asda vouchers they were pieces of paper that I could not use at any asda store although I did try. I tried to get the payment back from the seller, he refused so I escalated the dispute with paypal. On Friday 01/09/06 paypal closed the dispute because the seller proved that the item had been delivered, I phoned paypal and was told that as the original dispute had been for non delivery the dispute was now closed. I asked if I could open an item not as described dispute but was told you could only open one dispute for an item. I feel that as the item was not delivered until I opened an unpaid item dispute this seller deliberately put off sending the item as he knew that I could not open two disputes for one item. I am writing to you to ask for your assistance in resolving this matter as paypal will not resolve this problem. The pieces of paper that this seller sent are worthless and I feel that this seller has fraudulently used E,bay to sell pieces of paper that he is stating are Asda vouchers. I have offered to return the pieces of paper but this seller will not refund the payment.
