MANY YEARS AGO I LOST FIVE STONE USING WEIGHT WATCHERS POINTS SYSTEM IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT EIGHT MONTHS BUT THAT WAS NOT CHEATING ONCE I LOST EVERY WEEK
WAS IT HARD? I HAVE TO SAY NO! HERE IS WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE WEIGHT WATCHERS POINT DIET
I AM A SNACKER I LIKE TO EAT LOADS AND OFTEN LOL
I LIKE TO GRAB FOOD AN INSTANT BOOST, QUICK FOOD
I LIKE CHOCOLATE CRISPS ALL SORTS LIKE THAT
WITH WEIGHT WATCHERS I CAN HAVE ALL THAT ITS GREAT
OKAY I CANT HAVE FIVE MARS BARS A DAY LOL BUT I HAVE A SAY A CURLY WURLY INSTEAD ITS STILL CHOCLATE
I CAN STILL HAVE CRISPS TRY FRENCH FRIES OR MAZIE CRISPS WEIGHT WATCHER EV EN HAVE THERE OWN BRAND OF CRISPS WHICH ARE GREAT
YOU CAN EAT AS MANY VEG OR SALAD AS YOU LIKE FILL UP ON THAT
USE SPRAY FAT YOU CAN STILL HAVE A COOKED BREAKFAST ALL YOU NEED IS TURKEY RASHERS INSTEAD OF BACON A SMALL EGG, MUSHROOMS ARE FREE AND TOMATOS SO YOU CAN EAT AS MUCH AS THEM AS YOU LIKE THEN BREAD.
I EAT WEIGHT WATCHERS BREAD AGAIN I LIKE MY TOAST ETC BUT WITH THE BREAD I CAN HAVE THAT WITHOUT WORRYING
THERE ARE LOADS OF WEIGHT WATCHERS BRANDS OF FOOD TO BUY CAKES READY MEALS CHEESE CHEESE SPREAD
SO IF U ARE LIKE ME YOU LIKE TO GRAB FOOD DONT HAVE TIME TO PREPARE YOUR MEALS LIKE TO SNACK IS THIS THE DIET FOR YOU I WOULD SAY YES
OH AND YOU CAN EVEN HAVE A DRINK OF BEER LARGER ETC ON IT AS WELL AS LONG AS YOU KEEP TO YOUR POINTS
WILL I BE SUCCESFUL THIS TIME AGAIN LOL I HOPE SO I HAVE FIVE AND A HALF STONE TO LOSE YET AGAIN AND I HAVE A LOT OF WILL POWER THIS TIME I HAVE TIRED MANY DIETS BUT WEIGHT WATCHERS IS THE ONE FOR ME
