I did receive my goods on time, and they are good quality.  And you can speak to someone on the phone - just pretend you are checking on a delivery for that day.  BUT - arranging delivery is a nightmare - they change the date constantly and won't arrange to suit you.  Also, the delivery driver will just dump the stuff in the road - they won't carry it into the house, let alone the garden.  The tables are self assembly and are a NIGHTMARE to put together.  So all in all, I'd stay away from this company.
