Fast paced, Madcap comedy, set in a small village starring amongst others James Nesbit (Murphy's Law fame).

One man wins the lottery and the shock kills him. A lottery official must verify the winning ticket. In steps his friends who have the bright idea of one of them posing as the winner to claim the prize.  There is a naked shot, albiet naughty bits shielded, but you get the drift. It is black comedy humour, a funny movie.
