Watches2u.com - Beware about this company as I recently bought a wrist watch (Krug Beaumen) with a written 5 years certificate. This was a special gift for my birthday treat in October 2007 and within 2 months (in December) the links started falling apart and lost it on 3 occasions but managed to find it. Email after email to Watches 2u.com, I was finally told that I would have to take the matter with Krug Beaumen and this was not their responsibility.
Again followed by several emails, and finally having spoken to Denise Fordham at Krug Beanmen, I was finally told to return the watch to them. This was returned to them on 25/03/2008 and waited. Having heard nothing, I rang Denise in May, I was shocked when she told me that I have not paid for the watch! This had already been paid by my Paypal account. So I asked Denise if it was her company policy to send a watch to a customer without payments? I explained that it was paid to Watches2U by paypal account. She was still not happy and went on to say that it will still cost me £35 to get the watch fixed ( this was infact purchased for £26.00). I was still not happy so I asked her to return my watch unfixed. She asked me to send a further payments of £5 for the postage and this time the cheque was made payable to Tapherfield Ltd. Still not happy I sent a cheque for £5 on back in May and guess what????
Yes I am still waiting for my watch...What a bunchh of crooks..so please do not get involved with this company as I have already lost £26 + £5 but at least I can save you people from being robbed by these crooks!
