Here's another wedding dress warning!
I won a bid for a beautiful red wedding dress from tony-summer888 the end of May 2006. The dress itself only cost £3.99 but the shipping cost was £128.00. (from China)
It is now August 23rd and I STILL haven't received my dress!
I have had regular contact with him to send measurements etc.  When it didnt arrive after the time allowed (15 days) he made various excuses and kept promising me that it was being sorted out. The last reply I got was in mid July i haven't heard anything since.
I started a dispute console only to find out that as my dress cost less than £15, I wasn't eligible for a refund (the shipping cost wasnt included!!!!)
Please be aware that when you buy anything that if its under £15 you may not be able to be refunded in case of non delivery!
Ive been well and truly conned. My wedding is in October2006and I have a panic on my hands to find a replacement dress!!!!!
