When buying any model railway locomotive, beware of anyone not saying whether it is a runner or non runner. You can more or less guarantee that if no word on its running condition is mentioned it is a non runner. Always ask the question - Has this loco been track tested and if so please advise status? Comments like Excellent Layout Addition does not make it a runner or even the word 'Mint'.
