If you are using Skype or InternetCalls.com to make phone calls with your PC and you are finding that you are having the following problems :

  • People can't hear you but you can hear them
  • You are getting echoing or distortion during the call.
  • People say it sounds funny.

This is because you are using a budget soundcard and or microphone.

Ideally you need to get rid of the analogue microphone that is plugged into your soundcard via the 3.5mm audio socket and buy a good quality USB Digital microphone.

We recommend the Logitech USB Desktop Microphone.

It is Skype certified and delivers perfect call quality.

It is especially ideal for Laptop Users or for people using a budget or integrated soundcard - because it doesn't plug into the soundcard, it's a device in its own right.
