How do I know what kit to buy?
Bulbs
With so many makes and models it is important that you check and make sure what type of bulb your vehicle uses. You can find this on the bulb itself, the bulb type and wattage will be printed or engraved into the base. The vehicle owner's manual may also tell you what type of bulb you need for your head lights.
Typical Bulb Sizes: H1, H3, H4, H7, H11, 9005, 9006
Temperature
The temperature of the bulb, measured in K (degree Kelvins), will also determine the color of the bulb. The higher the K value the bluer the light becomes. Color temperatures ranges from 3000K up to 12000K
6000K is most commonly used giving a Diamond White Light.
