Avoid PRIVATE FEEDBACK Sellers / buyers that hide feedback , are hiding feedback for good reasons , mostly bad !!

In most cases ebay's policy & loop holes help sellers commit fraud ,
Scammers don't mind talking to you on the phone & giving you there bank details .

Avoid new users with low feedback for expensive items unless able to collect locally & verify !-)

A user can join with bogus details , these bogus details are protected by ebay in the event of fraud !-(

A user can also setup a Paypal account to take payments with bogus details , donald duck !
in the event of fraud paypal protect the details above .....WTF ? yep mickey mouse ;-(

You cant pass on details of fraud to the police because the details of the seller/buyer are with held by ebay & paypal .

A paypal account can be closed leaving you with no means of follow up within a refundable period.

Any ebay user can change there sellers I.D before closing there account completely ,
this covers the tracks of a seller , via feedback forum buyers cant find the seller or check with other buyers for details. similar to Private feedback TOP !-(

Paypal can close a buyers paypal dispute in the buyers favor & have no means to stop a fraudulent seller from:-
a. closing there account before a dispute is escalated.
b. changing there account details after your transaction.
c. spending your cash on other items before the claim.
d. withdrawing the money before the dispute began.

Once the seller has spent the money , closed or changed his details etc , paypal have no means to refund the buyer.

Paypal advertise buyer protection , 99% of items sold on ebay have no protection .
see ebay sellers guidelines for sellers / buyers protection terms etc .
Protection adverts are unrealistic & display fraudulent depiction of truths.

Ebay & Paypal , will block a good seller from refunding a buyer once there account is on hold ? daft to say the least.
also a seller cant transfer funds to there account to refund a buyer when there account is on hold . ;-( worse still.
If a paypal account is closed or on hold by paypal after or pending a dispute ,
the seller has no means to transfer money to the account or send a refund with paypal.
a sellers refunds to the buyer cant be sent using a credit card. Do you believe this ? lol , its true.

Ebay & paypal Have no Phone number & no support via phone !-( unless :-)
a you are a super super A+*** 10000000 million power seller , the full details are on ebay to be found .
It is beyond a single persons capability to achieve such status .

Ebay & paypal can remove 99% of the fraud & scams on-line ,
by simply not allowing users of Ebay & Paypal to use there accounts for Selling & or taking Payments till it is fully confirmed.

I hope ebay is reading this !
