be warned if buying from PABSdirect : eBay Guides

Now this is only my view of PABSdirect but as you can see by the 4800 negative feedbacks they have recieved you my understand why.

I bought a 42" Philips Plasma screen TV from them on 27th June, up until today I have had a dispute opened with paypal as the item is totally unuseable.

The item came in a box that was torn in several places exposing the TV, the screws on the back of the TV had been tampered with, on opening the back of the TV I found several of the PCB boards had been removed and incorrectly replaced, the screen has several cracks and the corners of the TV glass have snapped off and they were drifting about in the back.

After 5 weeks of waiting on paypals resolution, I have been told by paypal that they will not refund me, from paypals email (which did not contain much more than "We will not be refunding you") I can only summise that Paypal obviously prefer to side with the bigger companies that make a lot of transaction with them.

I would seriously think more than twice about buying anything from this company via Ebay or Via there website.
