Have been exercising at home to this fitness workout and it really does work.  I am no beginner, being 54yrs of age, but have exercised all my life,using various mediums. I find these exercises are really effective in toning up problem areas, particularily thighs bottom and tum. One of the very best i've tried,this and any of rosemary connellys If you follow the CD for the 1hr, 3 times a week, you should start to notice results after the second to third week. i mark on the calander everytime i exercise, as i find this helps me keep motivated, and when you see 9 hrs exercise after 3 wks, it really spurs you on. Definitely worth the effort,much cheaper than the gym and makes you look and feel great. Good luck!.
