In April 2006 I purchased 2 of above, also from from h & f trade. One was faulty. h & f requested that I return item to them at my cost. I said "no" ... must be at their cost. A while and many e-mails from me later, h & f collected the item at their cost. A further period and many more e-mails later, I recieved a replacement item. Regrettably, the replacement does not function too well either ... but my life is too short to go through the loop with h & f again.
