breakable items and Parcel Force

If you send something by Parcel Force, and it is made of a breakable material, you will not be entitled to any compensation if it gets broken.

They will tell you that it is in their terms and conditions, so they are not in any way liable.

They dont tell you any of this when they take payment for delivering your items, even though it can be plainly visible that the items are breakable.

Just thought I would pass on this little nugget, before somebody else trusts Parcel Force like I did.
