be very careful when dealing with this company,we went to bulgaria to view a property we had put a deposit on,the area the house was in was a ghetto,they picked us up from our hotel,no mention to us about charges for this even though we asked,we pulled out of the deal because the house was in a terrible state of repair even though the photo looked fantastic and we where told it only needed slight refurbishment,it was unsafe and needed pulling down ,when being taken back to our hotel they pulled into a village and demanded money from us £400 for their expenses, we felt very threatened so we paid up in all we lost over £2000 as they would not return the deposit,please be careful do not hand over any money to this company,most ask for a 10% they ask for 25% a lot of money to put down on something unseen!!,go to bulgaria first and view properties,there are plenty of decent estate agents over there.most take you to veiw free of charge,we have learned a very expensive lesson for this,but we are not put off bulgaria,the people are lovely,parts of the country beautiful,just be aware of the pitfalls,leslie
