WOW!! This lady - Moira - and her daughter work very hard personalising the highest grade of products, she uses ex-store products like M&S, Next and various other branded store items, she then personalises them with absolutley whatever you wish - she has thousands of designs, and will accommodate pretty much any request. I have bought many items from her and every item I have received has been done to the most highest degree of embroidary, she uses only the best threads and products required for this type of thing. The plastic that you find with a lot of embroidered items is of such a high standard that you don't need to pick it out, as it disolves with the first was, or even with a light spongeing before use. She is a committed seller, adn supplied most of the items I bought for presents for Christmas. I even sent her some of my items and she embroiderd them for me!!! That isn't just someone making a bit of money, that is what I call customer care and service.
