Having spent over 7 years on eBay, both buying and selling, i know the kind of problems that eBay can provide, and how hard it can be as an eBay newbie to buy or sell both easily and safely on the site.

I have been offering tuition to other users for some time, and have now started to offer courses and tuition based on my own experience of using eBay. I have recently been trained by eBay as an Education Specialist, and this gives me acceess to the materials and expertise of the eBay University, so you can be sure that my tuition is to a minimum standard as laid down by eBay.

I currently offer 3 courses. In addition I offer a 30-day telephone support to ensure that your time on eBay will be a succesfull one.

The Basics of eBay selling, is aimed at those who are necomers to eBay. The course lasts 3 hours minimum, and costs £69. The cost can be reduced by teaming with a few friends, each additional person (up to 3) costs £20 each. The course will show you how to....

The course is tailored to your own existing level and knowledge of eBay, lasts 3 or more hours, and includes 3 months telephone support. The cost is £99 for up to 2 persons.

eBay, Search, Safe, Secure, is a 2 hour group course aimed at those who already have a basic knowledge of eBay, and have a PayPal account. The course covers the best ways to keep your details secure, checking sellers sales and acount history, how to avoid those all too common dodgy dealers, problem handling, and what to do when someone rips you off, and lastly, how to avoid all spoof and phishing emails. This course comes without the eBay course notes, but does include my own very comprehensive course notes and completion certificate. This course runs as a group course only at just £25 per person.
