i recently bought some supposedly custom made, kevlar lined plastics for my origami b1 minimoto from factory fibres. I did not purchase the plastics off of an ebay listing as he was going to make them especialy for me, so the transaction and all the communication was done through the ebay messenger service. The plastics cost £38, so he gave me his address and i sent him a cheque for the agreed amount. One week later i recieved and email from him, after i sent numerous email begging for a response, saying that the cheque had cleared and that my plastics have been made and they will be on their way shortly. All i could do then was wait until the package arrived.

Three weeks later i had not recieved the item so i kept emailing factory fibres asking if he had sent the item. i recieved no response. I am fairly new to ebay so i did not know what to do as i did not purchase the item through ebay which i know is wrong, so there is no record of the transaction except the emails and i cannot open a dispute. i then sent factory fibres a more threatening email and i received and istant response. i then emailed him saying that he has had the £38 of my money so where is my item, i recieved no response. so basically factory fibres ran off with £40 of my money. 

so all i can say is never purchasae anything off of factory fibres unless it is through an ebay listing/auction.
