when bidding for dublo or wrenn locomotives, ask whether the item on offer is truly the one pictured in the auction photo or buy it now offer photo. beware of sellers using photos of other better similar items they currently have in their ownership, then sending the successful bidder an inferior item of the same or similar design. this does sometimes happen. it is fraudulent and illegal to use such false and fake photos on any auction offering, whether on ebay or elsewhere, but it is not easy to prove, so beware that there may be sellers who  from time to time deceive you into bidding for an item which in reality is NOT the one described or pictured on the listing.
