I purchased a game from them that arrived within a week after stating 24 hour dispatch from the UK. The item was from Hong Kong. When I emailed them they said it was due to the busy time of the year. Nothing busy about the end of April that I know of. Obviously I was angry when my item came so I left them honest negative feedback. They left me negative feedback when I was nothing but polite and paid promptly!!! Avoid these people like the plague. I had to withdraw my negative feedback because I didnt want a black spot on my account I will say however, in their defense, that the item is superb and delivery time was actually superb considering that it came from HK. I just dont like being lied to and then being forced to withdraw honest feedback!
