In April this year i bought and paid through pay pal thinking it was a safe way to buy things a quad bike from tiptopbikes. I still have not received the goods and not had any money returned to me I contacted e bay who quite frankly were less than useless. I have contacted the seller who no longer replies to the e mail. what is the point of a pay pal account when we are getting ripped off like this. I notice tiptopbikes are still advertising on the net. Something should be done about this company.
