Are you always bidding on what you think? Sometimes not. Here are some examples...
First, sellers or the most commonly used name fraudsters, can put in the listing alot of information on a certain product, example an iPod video, they will put it in their listing name, description etc, however when you read closer it usually says in very small text what you are actually bidding on, it appears usually at the bottom or secretly in the middle of the description hidden. Look and beware, read through.
Secondly, they might just have hacked into someones account and just listed loads of stuff, we don't know the reason they do this, maybe because they have no life? But you should know as they list alot of items, the listing looks rushed and alot of the time it is a 1 or 3 day listing.
Lastly, again they may have hacked into someones account or just started a new account, were they will list an item, which says 50 x Nokia.... or 25 x PSP's... etc or even an item which isn't out yet, i.e. PS3 or Nokia N92, they always come up with excuses like they work for the company etc. They wont have them, don't trust.
Step 1 - Follow these steps and see if they fall in any catagories
Step 2 - Check their feedback for bad feedback or none
Step 3 - They will say contact me on this email address, as my eBay is spammed, its rare that someones is.
Step 4 - Read through again an again
Step 5 - See if its got PayPal Buyer Protection, which isn't vital but is good
