I love this machine, my hubby brought it as i drink a lot of coffee, this is so simple all you do is fill with water and coffee (in seperate designated areas) then switch it on to make coffee ,then you push your cup up to the front of the machine and it pours into the cup til you pull your cup away ,, so basically its coffee on tap and its kept warm for 2 hours,, it means i can get on with jobs and just pop to the machine for  a quick coffee rather than waiting for the kettle to boil, its handy if you are busy and like me don`t like to wait!!!!
