This product is poorly designed. It comes in two parts and you have to push the mop stick into the head by pushing very hard as the plastic is not bendy at all (a man's job) and there's no instructions for this so you fear to break it. It is flimsy, does not go flat to reach underneath furniture, the spray does not work as a spray distributing the liquid around into separate jets as pictured, but instead it squirts it out with much difficulty and as a single splodge. As for the cloths provided they are flaking away leaving fluff everywhere. It's incredible when you think manufacturer should test their own products before release into the market. Also do not add a detergent that foams because it will block the water from coming out.
