As for the articl on car bought from auctons this is totaly untrue as all motors must be fit for the purpose it is intended for and work properly , also motor auctions are classed the same as a garage four court there for all cars can be returnd if found to be faulty and no notice given and i know as i did it with out any  problem just inform local police and they will put you right on what to do so if you are going to right articls about a subject then at least be up to speed on the law
