I too am on the lighterlife programme and I have lost 5 stone in 19 weeks.
Be aware that this is a very low calorie diet (between 500 and 600 a day and there can be unpleasant side effects such as headaches, nausea and fatigue. You must drink at least 4 litres of water a day whilst using the foodpacks otherwise you will become dehydrated and constipated.
Of the12 that began my group only 7 stuck with it for the 100 days.
I was very surprised by the prices charged on here for the products. I pay £66 a week for my 28 packs.
Most people who have 3 stone or more to lose can join a group unless they are pregnant or have serious health problems. Then you shouldn't do the diet anyway.
We have to have a medical to start (Which cost me £20) and 4 weekly BP and pulse checks at our GP's surgery for which I pay nothing.
I would definitely recommend that you join a group because of the invaluable support and the management programme which introduces you back to real food in a controlled way. This means that unlike other diets you are much less likely to gain the weight afterwards.
To make up the foodpacks I use 200ml water in shakes and 350ml in the soups.
