Im writing another review as the first one i wrote must not have been good enough because im still seeing stupid people bidding on these scooters and winning ,dont they look at the feedback of this seller ,dont they look at reviews or have they got lots of money to waste if they have throw it my way as im £200.00 down because of this seller ( or con man i should say) and paypal are blind as well as i put a dispute in to claim my money back gave them all the infomation they asked for from companys like DEPARTMENT FOR TRANSPORT and VOSA and they still didnt want to know ,PAYPAL favours or the power sellers and forgets all the little people that make ebay what it is today    SO BE WARNED AGAIN DONT BUY FROM THEM  BECAUSE YOU WONT GET A PENNY BACK FROM PAYPAL   Thats why ive been advised  by trading standards to take them to court myself  SO WATCH OUT MAGIC MOTION YOUR ASS IS GRASS YOU CANT DO THAT TO PEOPLE AND GET AWAY WITH IT ,,, AND IM A GRANNY ON A MISSION
